We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer support within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

2. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, please refer to our Exchange Policy, as we offer exchange only within 14 days (no returns or refunds).
3. Cancellation of Digital Products or Services
For any digital products or online services, cancellation is not possible once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded or used.
4. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery, you will still be charged for the shipping costs both ways (delivery and return).
5. Order Modification
If you need to change product details, shipping address, or contact info, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Modifications can only be made before shipping.

Inolty reserves the right to:
